Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Freddie packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
